Draw Story: Another Platform Game
Draw Story is a 2D browser based platform game much like the early Super Mario Brothers and Sonic The Hedgehog games.
The opening clip shows a student doodling in his notebook while he is in class. The player controls a stick figure in this “notebook” world . The stick figure must get through levels by using 4 different “weapons” or different types of pencils which are differentiated by color. Each pencil has a different ability that allows the stick figure to cross obstacles or kill enemies. The default capacity of each pencil is two slots which can be refilled by collecting more pencils. This capacity can be increased by 1 unit by collecting 100 coins. After getting 10,000 points (by collecting diamonds), the stick figure will get another life.
Although the stick figure idea is an interesting one, Draw Story's lack of compelling graphics or a deep storyline doesn't make it stand out from the multitude of other games in this genre.
